This strategy splits money across 4 mini-strategies. Most of the time they ask: is the U.S. stock market, especially big tech, in a healthy uptrend or under stress? If trends look strong, they buy aggressive 3x tech funds like TQQQ, SOXL, or TECL. If markets look weak, overheated, or panicky, they move to safer places like short-term bonds/T-bills, or sometimes use hedges that can rise when stocks fall.
