Every day it checks a 10‑day “RSI” score (a 0–100 gauge of recent up vs down days; low = just fell, high = just ran). If QQQ (big tech index) is very low (<31), buy QQQ. Else if SPY (broad US stocks) is <31, buy SPY. If either is very high (>79), shift to one defensive pick: utilities (XLU), staples (XLP), or bond funds (BKT, NAN, MMU, PMM, EVN, VBF), choosing the most beaten‑down. Otherwise, hold one bond fund the same way. Always 100% in one holding.
