This strategy watches a few U.S. stock-market benchmarks, especially tech-heavy ones, using a 10-day RSI—a 0–100 “speedometer” of how stretched recent moves are. If stocks have surged too fast, it moves into VIXM, a fund tied to market fear/volatility. If stocks have fallen hard, it may buy leveraged stock funds like TECL or SPXL for a rebound. Otherwise, it parks in very short-term government debt (BIL) or short-term bonds (BSV).
