This strategy splits money 60/40. 60% tries to own the strongest U.S. stock sector, often using amplified versions of sector funds. If the market looks overheated, it can switch into volatility products that usually rise when fear spikes. 40% runs several hedge systems that rotate among bonds, cash-like Treasury funds, inverse stock funds, and volatility trades to try to reduce damage in rough markets.
