About

Rules-driven, rebalanced daily: 60% rotates into the strongest stock sector, buying dips and hedging when sectors look overheated. 40% flips among bonds, volatility, and index funds (sometimes short) to defend or press when markets stretch.
NutHow it works
Daily: 60% hunts the strongest stock sector (tech, financials, etc). It uses RSI (0–100 gauge of recent moves; >80=overheated, <30=washed‑out). >80 ⇒ buy UVXY (rises when fear/VIX spikes). <30 + uptrend ⇒ buy that sector (sometimes 2x/3x). Else hold the top sector. 40% is hedges: it switches among Treasuries/cash (TMF/TMV/TLT/BND/SHV), volatility funds (SVXY when fear falls; VIXY/UVXY/VIXM when fear jumps), and broad/short stock funds (VTI, QQQ/TQQQ, PSQ/SH) after extreme moves.
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample Sharpe ~2.16 vs SPY ~1.18; Calmar ~4.36; annualized return ~83% vs ~21% for the S&P. A daily, rules-driven sector rotation with adaptive hedges aims for higher, risk-adjusted growth and better downside protection than the S&P 500.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
