About

If the market or key sectors look extremely “hot” (10‑day RSI > ~79), rotate 100% into VIXM (long volatility). Otherwise hold a risk‑balanced mix of GE, LLY, NVDA, and a −2× short QQQ (QID). Rebalanced daily.
NutHow it works
Daily check a 10‑day RSI (a 0–100 “heat” gauge; >~80 = very hot) on: SPY (S&P 500), QQQ (Nasdaq‑100), XLK (Tech), IYY (US market), VTV (Value), VOX (Comm). If any > 79–80, move 100% into VIXM (a fund that jumps when fear/volatility spikes). Otherwise hold a risk‑balanced mix of GE, LLY, NVDA, and QID (a −2× short QQQ), sized by recent volatility. Rebalanced daily.
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample edge: ~33% annualized return vs SPY ~21%, max drawdown ~11.5% vs ~18.8%, Sharpe ~1.84 vs ~1.21, Calmar ~2.87—delivering higher growth with lower downside than the S&P 500.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
