About

Buys leveraged tech on dips (earlier at RSI 35), switches to a volatility play (UVXY) when markets look overheated, adapts to rising rates by shorting long bonds, and otherwise uses diversifiers like KMLM/long‑short. Rules‑based, high risk.
NutHow it works
RSI is a short‑term “hot/cold” gauge. On cold dips (RSI <35), it buys 3x tech (TQQQ/TECL). If the market looks too hot (RSI near 80 on major indexes), it flips to UVXY, which jumps when volatility spikes. When long bonds are falling, it favors TMV (short long Treasuries) or BSV (short‑term bonds). If no clear signal, it diversifies with KMLM (managed futures), FTLS (long/short), or UUP (US dollar). Rebalanced daily.
CheckmarkValue prop
Dynamic, rules-based diversification with volatility hedges, rate bets, and leveraged tech, aiming for uncorrelated upside and diversification from the S&P. Out-of-sample results show higher risk and drawdowns; use as a hedged sleeve, not core equity.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
