Low = recently dropped. 2) If TQQQ’s 2‑day RSI < 20, split equally into 3× tech funds: TQQQ (Nasdaq‑100), SOXL (semis), TECL (tech). 3) Otherwise, hold 1 “safer” ETF with the lowest 10‑day RSI from bonds (BSV, TLT, LQD, SPAB, ANGL, VBF) and defensive sectors (XLU, XLV, XLP/UGE). Rebalance daily.
