About

Aggressive, daily switch. When big‑tech looks washed out, it buys the most beaten‑down leveraged stock funds for a bounce; otherwise it rotates among defensive bond/sector/currency funds. High risk; fast moves.
NutHow it works
Each day it checks a 2‑day “speedometer” (RSI) on TQQQ, a fund that aims for 3× the daily move of big‑tech stocks (Nasdaq‑100). If that gauge is very low (<15), it buys 3 leveraged stock funds (tech, semis, S&P 500, banks, etc.) that have just fallen the most, sizing them so calmer ones get more. Otherwise, it splits evenly across 3 defensive choices (Treasuries, high‑grade bonds, T‑bills, utilities, staples, healthcare, or long yen) that are briefly out of favor. Rebalanced daily.
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample performance outpaces the S&P: ~67.9% annualized return vs ~19.9%, Sharpe ~2.78 vs ~1.68, max drawdown ~4.18% vs ~5.07%, beta ~0.69, Calmar ~16.3; higher returns with lower risk.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
