A daily volatility overlay: when major indexes/sectors look overheated on a simple “heat” gauge (RSI), it jumps into VIX‑futures ETFs (UVXY/VIXY) to front‑run a volatility spike; otherwise it parks in T‑Bills (BIL) or Berkshire (BRK.A).

Each day it checks a simple “heat gauge” (RSI, 0–100) on big indexes/sectors. Very high RSI = overbought and a pullback/volatility pop is likely. Then it buys VIX ETFs (UVXY = higher‑octane, VIXY = milder). If no heat, it parks in T‑Bills (BIL) or Berkshire (BRK.A). Rules prioritize SPY>QQQ>Value>Tech>Comms>Financials>Staples, with mixes like BIL+VIXY when signals are weaker.
