This strategy first asks: is big-tech/the Nasdaq in a healthy long-term uptrend? If yes, it usually leans hard into leveraged tech funds, mainly QLD. If the market looks shaky, it moves into safer areas like bonds, utilities, healthcare, or consumer staples. It also has a side rule that sometimes buys fast-moving tech funds after a sharp drop, trying to catch a rebound.
