About

Daily, rules‑based switching. Uses a 200‑day trend on QQQ and short‑term “hot/cold” scores (RSI) to toggle among QQQ, leveraged tech for rebounds, defensive sectors/bonds, or T‑Bills. Tech‑tilted and can be very volatile.
NutHow it works
Each day it checks if QQQ is above its 200‑day average. If yes (risk‑on): - If a 3x Nasdaq fund (TQQQ) looks extremely “washed out” on a 0–100 hot/cold score (RSI), it buys 2 of the most volatile tech/growth leveraged funds for a rebound. - Otherwise, if Tech’s short‑term strength beats a managed‑futures fund (KMLM), it keeps mostly in QQQ (or shifts 80% to Staples/Utilities if two safety checks look weak) plus 20% in QQQ; if not, it parks in T‑Bills (BIL). If QQQ is below its 200‑day (risk‑off), it buys the single most “washed‑out” bond/defensive ETF for a short‑term bounce.
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample tested: a dynamic, risk-on/risk-off strategy that pivots between leveraged tech, defensives, and cash. It aims to capture rallies when oversold and protect capital in downturns—potentially smoother, tech-driven gains than the S&P 500.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
