Each day: if UPRO (3× S&P 500 ETF) is above its 200‑day average (long‑term trend), hold UPRO. Otherwise use a 2‑day RSI on UPRO—a 0–100 speedometer (low=fallen fast, high=run up): if <17.5 buy UPRO; if >95 buy SDS (−2× S&P 500); else hold TLT/IEF/GLD (Treasuries/gold) sized by 30‑day volatility.
