About
It rides Bitcoin (via GBTC) when it’s trending up, buys extreme dips even in downtrends, and otherwise goes defensive: either short T‑Bills when it’s “too hot” in a downtrend or a low‑vol mix of stocks, Treasuries, and gold.
Daily rules:
1) If GBTC (Bitcoin fund) is above its 10‑day average (uptrend), own GBTC.
2) Else, if GBTC’s 2‑day RSI <5 (very “cold”), own GBTC.
3) Else, if RSI >95 (very “hot”), hold BIL (1‑3m T‑Bills).
4) Else, hold SPY (US stocks), IEF/TLT (Treasury bonds), and GLD (gold) sized by the inverse of their last‑30‑day volatility. RSI is a 0–100 “heat” gauge of recent moves.
Out-of-sample upside: 18.19% annualized vs SPY 17.21%, plus a crypto overlay and tactical risk controls (trend filter, mean-reversion, cash/defensive ballast). Drawdowns are higher, but rules target long-run growth with defined risk.
