This strategy checks markets every day and often leans hard into tech. If the broad U.S. stock market looks healthy, it buys TQQQ, a fund that aims to move about 3x the daily move of the Nasdaq-100. Some parts also buy strong sectors like financials, tech, energy, or utilities when they are trending up. If conditions weaken, it may shift to defense: very short-term Treasury bills (BIL), consumer staples (XLP), gold (GLD), or sometimes long-term Treasury bonds through TMF. But many fallback rules still send money back into leveraged tech, so this is an aggressive strategy with big ups and downs.

Out-of-sample annualized return ~39.5% vs S&P ~17.8%, with Calmar ~1.04 signaling solid risk-adjusted gains. It blends aggressive tech exposure with defensive sleeves, but expect larger drawdowns (~38%) than the S&P.
