It’s a “risk on/risk off” switch that watches bonds and market volatility to decide if it should bet on growth (mainly tech/semis via TQQQ/SOXL) or play defense (cash/T‑Bills, Treasuries, USD, anti‑beta, some shorting). RSI = a short‑term heat gauge: high = stretched up, low = washed out. Trend filters and drawdown checks keep it out of trouble. Uses 3x ETFs, so it moves fast and can cut risk quickly when signals flip.
