It splits money across 3 fast-moving playbooks: a stock-market timer, a long-bond direction trader, and a volatility trader. Depending on recent market behavior, it may buy aggressive tech funds, bet against stocks, trade long-term bonds, buy volatility products, or hide in T-bills (BIL).
