About
A daily trading strategy that uses inflation, bond-vs-tech strength, and chip-stock momentum to decide whether to go bullish, bearish, or sit safely in T-bills.
This strategy makes one daily choice: bet that semiconductor stocks will rise (SOXL), fall (SOXS), or step aside into short-term Treasury bills (BIL).
It first checks whether inflation expectations (RINF) are in a long-term uptrend. Then it compares recent strength in bonds (BND) versus big tech (QQQ). Finally, it looks at whether chip stocks (SMH) seem unusually “hot” or “cold.” If chip stocks look overheated, it may bet against them. If they look beaten down, it may bet on a rebound. If neither, it parks in BIL.
Adaptive macro regime strategy timings semiconductors with 3x bets (SOXL/SOXS) or cash (BIL). Out-of-sample: ~15.8% annualized return with disciplined risk controls during regime shifts; aims to outperform the S&P 500, especially in tech cycles.
