About

A daily, ~25% tactical sleeve. If inflation expectations trend up (RINF), it either swings into TQQQ (3× Nasdaq) or parks in T‑bills. If not, it tactically trades long‑dated Treasuries (TMF/TMV/TLT/SHV/BND) using trend and overbought/oversold cues.
NutHow it works
Each day: - If RINF (inflation‑expectations ETF) is above its 200‑day average, compare 15‑day strength of BND (bonds) vs QQQ (Nasdaq). If bonds look stronger, hold TQQQ (3× Nasdaq); otherwise BIL (T‑bills). - If RINF isn’t above trend, trade long‑Treasuries: buy TMF (3× long) if oversold; else if TMV (3× short) is trending and not overheated, hold TMV; if overheated, use SHV (very short Treasuries) or TLT (unlevered long). Otherwise BND. Daily rebalance. ~25% sleeve.
CheckmarkValue prop
Outperforms the S&P: ~61% annualized return vs ~21%, higher Sharpe (~1.32 vs 1.22) and Calmar ~1.48. Exploits inflation regimes with macro regime switching and leveraged/bond bets for big upside; but beware larger max drawdown (~41%).

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
