It’s a daily “go‑offense or play‑defense” system. Offense = 3x tech/S&P funds (TQQQ/TECL/SPXL) when uptrends or deep dips appear. Defense = T‑bills (BIL/SHV), fear hedges (VIXY/VIXM), anti‑beta (BTAL), or even shorts when markets look too hot or trend breaks. Signals: RSI (0–100 heat gauge: >~80 = too hot, <~30 = washed out), 200‑day trend, and volatility/drawdown guards. It also blends bonds (TMF/TMV), gold, and managed futures (KMLM) for balance.
