About

Buys the 4 recent winners among big names, then—per stock—goes 2x long, long, short, or to cash based on simple “hot/cold” and trend checks. Adds market‑wide hedges when conditions are overheated or washed‑out.
NutHow it works
Each day: 1) Rank AAPL, MSFT, META, GOOG, NVDA, AMZN, MSTR, BRK.B, COST by 5‑day return; buy the top 4, equal‑weighted. 2) In each, simple rules choose 2x long, the stock, a 1x inverse, or cash (T‑Bills). 3) If the market looks “hot” (QQQ/SPY very strong), Apple/Microsoft hedge (BTAL, VXX). If NASDAQ looks washed‑out, they may use QLD. RSI = hot/cold score; moving averages show trend.
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample strategy beats the S&P on risk-adjusted return and drawdown: annualized return 32.24% vs 18.96%; Sharpe 1.10 vs 1.04; max drawdown 17.54% vs 18.76%; beta ~0.78; Calmar ~1.84. Higher upside, lower risk.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
