It’s a rule‑based, switchable portfolio. 1) If market fear spikes (VIXM’s “hot/cold” meter is very hot), go 3x short the S&P 500 (SPXS). 2) Else, if bonds have recently beaten cash, buy the 3 most “oversold” 3x bull funds among tech/semis/financials/Nasdaq/S&P. 3) Else, if long‑term Treasuries trend down (rates rising), hold USD (USDU) plus one “oversold” short (SQQQ or TBF). 4) Else, run 55% UPRO + 45% TMF unless SPY just fell ~5%+, then sit in T‑bills (BIL). Rebalance only if weights drift ~8%.
