A fast, tactical system gated by bonds‑vs‑tech strength that then mostly trades semiconductors with short‑term rules—flipping between 3× long (SOXL), 3× short (SOXS), or cash‑like bills—and sometimes parking in low‑vol US stock ETFs (SPLV/USMV).

Step 1: Compare short‑term strength of bonds (IEF) vs tech (XLK) using a 0–100 “strength score” (RSI). If bonds look stronger and SPY’s recent 1‑month avg return > ~3%, hold the calmer of SPLV/USMV (low‑vol US stocks); otherwise go 100% SOXL (3× long semis). If tech looks stronger, trade semiconductors using quick signals, switching among SOXL, SOXS (3× short), or 60% BIL/40% SOXS. (SOXX is used for signals.)
