Split 50/50 into two sleeves. Equity: If the S&P 500 is above its 200‑day line, hold 3× Nasdaq‑100 (big tech, TQQQ) unless it looks overheated—then move to T‑Bills (BIL). If below, buy brief dips in 3× tech/S&P when washed out; otherwise use inverse tech (SQQQ) or long Treasuries (TLT). Bonds: Driven by Treasuries’ 200‑day line. If up, favor 3× bonds (TMF) or growth stocks unless Nasdaq is too hot (then SQQQ). If down, switch between shorting bonds (TMV) and TMF by short‑term trend.
