This strategy mixes a steady core with three tactical parts. 20% stays diversified across world stocks, managed futures, gold, and inflation-protected bonds. 40% makes a timed bet on big tech: it buys more aggressive tech funds when tech is strong and calm, but hides in Treasury bills when tech looks overheated or weak. 30% chases the 2 strongest areas among US stocks, foreign stocks, emerging markets, gold, commodities, long bonds, and cash. 10% is “dry powder”: it sits in short-term Treasuries unless tech has already suffered a big selloff, in which case it gradually moves into global stocks.

Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers.
