A fast‑moving, multi‑asset strategy that times tech “pops” and “drops,” owns bonds only when they trend up, and leans on VIX hedges, Treasurys, gold, the U.S. dollar, and cash‑like T‑Bills when risk rises. Uses simple short‑term “heat” and trend signals.

The portfolio is split into sleeves that adapt fast: • Tech timing (~1/3): After big up “pops,” it briefly buys a fear fund tied to the VIX (UVXY). After sharp drops, it buys 3× tech (TECL/SOXL) for a bounce; otherwise parks in T‑Bills (BIL). • Bonds (~1/4): Owns bond funds only when trends are up; else holds the U.S. dollar (UUP/USDU). • Protection (~2/5): Rotates among VIX hedges (UVXY/VIXM/SVXY), Treasurys (IEF/TLT/TMF/TMV), gold (GLD), the dollar, and BTAL. Signals use short “heat scores” (0–100), big jumps/drops, and VIX trend.
