About

Daily market‑timing rules: mostly sit in cash, bet on volatility (UVXY) when markets look overheated, and buy leveraged tech/S&P on sharp selloffs. Decisions use RSI “hot/cold” scores and 20/200‑day moving averages.
NutHow it works
It checks trend and “hot/cold” readings, then picks from cash (SHV), Nasdaq (QQQ/TQQQ), S&P 500 (UPRO), tech (TECL), or volatility (UVXY). RSI(10) = 0–100 hot/cold score; moving average = average price over N days. In uptrends: if “too hot,” buy UVXY; else mostly cash with a small Nasdaq tilt. In downtrends: buy dips (TECL or 50% UPRO) when very oversold; otherwise cash or 50% TQQQ+cash. Rebalances daily. Very high risk.
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample edge: 33.72% annualized return vs ~17.67% for S&P; Sharpe 1.70 vs 1.22; Calmar 7.18. Beta ~1.03; cash ballast + volatility hedges target higher upside with controlled risk vs the S&P 500.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
