This strategy constantly asks: “Is the stock market calm, stressed, overheated, or beaten down?” If panic risk looks high, it moves to very defensive positions like cash-like T-bills, Treasury bond trades, or a volatility fund that tends to jump when markets fall. If conditions look calmer, it “surfs” into whichever major stock fund has been weakest lately, betting on a rebound. It mainly rotates among leveraged funds tied to the Nasdaq, the S&P 500, semiconductors, and long-term Treasury bonds.
