About

A leveraged, fixed-mix “All Weather” portfolio of US stocks, Treasuries, gold, and materials. Rebalanced monthly to diversify across growth and inflation. Uses 2–3x funds, so returns and losses can be amplified and more volatile.
NutHow it works
It holds five leveraged funds at fixed targets and resets to those targets each month: UPRO (3x US stocks) 30%, TMF (3x long US Treasuries) 40%, TYD (3x 7–10yr Treasuries) 15%, UYM (2x materials stocks) 7.5%, SHNY (3x gold) 7.5%. The mix spreads bets across growth and inflation regimes, but leverage magnifies moves.
CheckmarkValue prop
Macro-driven, inflation-hedged diversification via a disciplined 3x levered mix (stocks, Treasuries, gold, materials). OOS return 12.75% vs SPY 17.75%; higher drawdowns. Adds regime diversification to a core SPY holding.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
