Daily, it flips between bullish or inverse 3x sector ETFs using RSI “heat” of stocks and bonds, then buys either recent winners (trend) or recent losers (rebound) across small‑caps, financials, real estate, EM, and gold miners.

Rebalances daily; holds 2 leveraged ETFs. It gauges “heat” (RSI: 0–100 score of recent gains vs losses). If SPY (S&P 500) RSI>71 and TMF (3x long 20yr Treasuries) is strong, it trend‑follows: buys the 2 best 4‑day performers. Otherwise it mean‑reverts: buys the 2 worst. A bonds (IEF, 7–10yr Treasuries) vs small‑caps (IWM) RSI test chooses bullish or inverse ETFs. Universe: high‑beta US stocks, small‑caps, financials, real estate, EM, and gold miners (and their inverse).
