A daily, rules‑based system that rides emerging‑markets up (EDC) or down (EDZ) and pairs it with 1–2 leveraged sector or bond picks chosen as the most short‑term oversold. Uses simple bond‑vs‑stock and defensive‑vs‑cyclical checks to switch risk on/off. High risk.

Each day it checks trend and a short‑term “hot/cold” score (RSI, 0–100: low=beaten‑down, high=hot). If EM looks strong or oversold, it buys EDC (3× EM up); if weak or too hot, it buys EDZ (3× EM down). It also adds 1–2 picks from a small menu (long Treasuries, tech, healthcare, real estate, financials, or bond funds) that are the most oversold over 6–10 days. Simple bond‑vs‑stock and defensive‑vs‑cyclical tests flip risk on/off. Equal‑weighted; rebalanced daily.
