A daily, rules-based strategy that flips between 3x long or 3x inverse emerging markets and adds 1–2 oversold picks from a small menu of leveraged sectors or bonds, guided by simple trend and cross-asset risk signals.

1) Check the big trend (is EM rising?) and the market’s safety tone (bonds vs stocks/commodities). 2) If risk-on, buy a 3x EM fund (EDC). If EM looks too hot, flip to the 3x inverse (EDZ). If EM looks washed out, favor EDC. 3) Also buy 1–2 “on sale” picks (lowest short-term RSI) from tech/healthcare/real estate, long bonds, or income funds. 4) Split money evenly; rebalance daily.
