It uses simple signals: trend (is EM above its 200‑day?), and RSI (a short‑term up-vs‑down “speedometer”: <30 = washed‑out, >80 = overheated). It also checks if bonds are stronger than stocks; if yes, it plays safer. Often it splits 50/50 between EM and one safe pick.
