A daily, tactical EM strategy. When EM trend is healthy and risk-on, it buys a 3× EM bull (EDC). If EM looks overheated or markets turn defensive, it rotates to bonds/consumer staples or flips to a 3× EM bear (EDZ). High turnover and risk.

Goal: ride EM when the wind is at your back, hide (or short) when it isn’t. - Trend check: Is EM (EEM) above its long-term average? If yes, lean bullish; if no, get defensive. - Temperature: A short-term “hot/cold” score (RSI). Oversold EM → buy 3× EM bull (EDC). Overheated EM → switch to 3× EM bear (EDZ). - Risk signals: If Treasuries/bonds and staples look stronger than stocks, shift partly or fully into a single defensive pick (BSV, TLT, LQD, VBF, XLP, or UGE). Rebalances daily; 3× ETFs are high risk.
