Daily tactical strategy that flips between 3x long or 3x short emerging‑market stocks (EDC/EDZ) using trend and “heat” (RSI), plus 1–2 beaten‑down leveraged sector/bond picks for rebounds. Very high risk due to leverage.

Goal: trade emerging markets with 3x funds, plus 1–2 side bets. It checks EEM’s trend (200‑day avg). If EEM is washed‑out (RSI<30) it buys EDC (3x long EM); if overheated (RSI>80) it buys EDZ (short EM). Otherwise it chooses long/short from risk tests and adds 1–2 low‑RSI picks from leveraged sector funds or TMF (3x Treasuries). RSI is a 0–100 “speedometer”; <30 oversold, >80 overbought. Rebalanced daily; big swings.
