This strategy mainly wants to own TQQQ, a fund that magnifies the moves of the Nasdaq-100 tech-heavy index by about 3x. But before it does, it runs many daily safety checks: Is the market trend healthy? Is tech overheating? Are bonds acting safer than stocks? If conditions look bad, it may switch into bonds, defensive sectors like healthcare/utilities, or even funds that rise when the Nasdaq falls or when market fear spikes.
