About
An ultra-aggressive trading strategy that jumps between leveraged tech bets and crash-protection trades based on whether the market looks overheated, beaten down, calm, or panicky.
This strategy is a very aggressive market-timer. It mostly trades turbo-charged tech, chip, and stock-market funds when markets look healthy or washed out.
If prices rise too fast, it often switches into “fear” funds that can jump when markets get shaky. If markets look weak, it may buy defensive assets like cash-like bonds, gold, or bearish funds that profit when stocks fall.
Out-of-sample edge: higher Sharpe 1.59 and Calmar 2.52 with ~69% annualized return vs SPY’s ~21%, beta ~0.83. Leveraged tech bets + crash hedges target big upside with disciplined risk control—accept larger drawdowns for that upside.
