It biases toward less-volatile names, then screens for the weakest performers in three steps: (1) 3-day moving-average return to pick 2 weak performers; (2) 17-day volatility to keep 3 less risky among them; (3) 4-day cumulative return to pick 1 weakest. That one gets 100% of the position; others get 0%. All weights sit on a cash-equal base.
