It watches SPY (the main S&P 500 fund). First check: is today’s price above its 2‑day average? A moving average is just the recent average price. If yes: compare 5‑day vs 10‑day averages to pick bull (UPRO+WEBL) or bear (SPXU+WEBS). If no: compare two RSI readings—RSI is a 0–100 score of recent up vs down days. If very‑short‑term looks stronger than the past month, it shorts (SQQQ+WEBS); otherwise it goes long (TQQQ+WEBL). Split 50/50.
