It starts with companies tied to quantum computing and the chips/cloud behind it (IonQ, Rigetti, D‑Wave, NVIDIA, IBM, Microsoft, etc.). Each day it: (1) finds those that dipped over ~2 weeks (RSI = more recent down than up days → low score), (2) among them, keeps ones that did better over the past month, (3) gives bigger weights to steadier stocks (less bumpy over 20 days). Rebalances daily.
