If overheated or choppy, it mixes in hedges (inverse Nasdaq, Treasuries, gold, utilities, dollar). If not in an uptrend, it tilts to cash/T-Bills and a low-vol mix, sometimes a small short. 200-day avg=trend; RSI=hot/cold; volatility=how jumpy.
