This strategy watches the Nasdaq-100 (QQQ) as its market “traffic signal.” If Nasdaq is in a healthy uptrend, it leans into it—sometimes aggressively with leveraged funds. If that uptrend looks too hot or too shaky, it shifts toward hedges like long Treasuries, gold, utilities, or inverse Nasdaq funds. If Nasdaq is weak, it moves into a more cautious mix of defensive funds, hedges, or even Treasury bills.
