About

Daily switcher between a Nasdaq income fund (QQQY) and an inverse Nasdaq hedge (PSQ). Uses overbought/oversold and trend signals from stocks, bonds, volatility, dollar, and commodities to go risk‑on (QQQY) or risk‑off (PSQ). No leverage.
NutHow it works
Each day it holds one ETF: QQQY or PSQ. QQQY owns big‑tech (Nasdaq‑100) and sells options for income (non‑levered). PSQ goes up when the Nasdaq falls. It watches simple tripwires: RSI (a 0–100 “speedometer” of recent moves), price vs moving averages (trend), fear spikes (UVXY), bond trend (TLT), dollar (UUP), and commodities (DBC). Hot/overbought or fearful → PSQ. Calm uptrends → QQQY. Daily rebalance.
CheckmarkValue prop
Regime-aware daily switch between QQQY income tech exposure and PSQ hedge. Lower drawdowns (≈11.5% vs SPY 18.8%), solid risk-adjusted returns (oos Sharpe ~1.30; Calmar ~1.81). Income plus protection, with agile risk control versus the S&P 500.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
