About
A daily, one‑fund switch between QQQ and PSQ. It rides tech uptrends but flips to PSQ when things look overheated, and in downtrends it mostly stays in PSQ unless prices look washed out enough for a short bounce in QQQ.
It only holds one fund at a time: QQQ (betting on big tech rising) or PSQ (benefits when big tech falls).
1) First, it checks if the broad market (SPY) is above its 200‑day average. If yes, it usually holds QQQ—unless short‑term “heat” is extreme, then it flips to PSQ briefly.
2) If SPY is below its 200‑day average, it leans defensive. It will buy QQQ only when prices look very “washed out.” Otherwise it prefers PSQ.
“Heat/washed out” is measured with a 0–100 score (RSI) over ~2 weeks: high = overheated, low = beaten up.
Out-of-sample edge: 27.7% annualized return vs 19.8% for S&P, Sharpe 1.27 vs 1.18, drawdown 15.1% vs 18.8%, beta ~0.86, better risk-adjusted, regime-based QQQ/PSQ switch reduces drawdowns while capturing tech upside.
