A rule-based Nasdaq strategy that tries to own tech in good times, move to bonds/gold/cash when risk rises, and sometimes use inverse or leveraged funds in bear markets.

This strategy mainly trades the Nasdaq-100 through QQQ, but it constantly asks: is the market healthy, overheated, falling, or crashing? If conditions look good, it usually owns QQQ. If stocks look too hot, it steps into safer assets like Treasury bonds, short-term bonds, gold, or cash-like Treasury bills. In weaker markets, it may hedge or bet against the Nasdaq using PSQ or QID, and in strong rebound setups it may use leveraged funds like QLD or USD for extra upside.
