Downtrend: try oversold bounces via XLK (big‑tech) or SPY; else pick PSQ (inverse QQQ) or TLT (Treasuries) based on short‑term weakness. Main exposures: tech, broad US stocks, inverse tech, Treasuries, volatility, cash.
