Goal: ride big‑tech uptrends, cut risk when danger rises. 1) If the S&P 500 is above its long‑term trend (200‑day average), hold QQQ (Nasdaq‑100). If a short‑term “heat” gauge (RSI) is very high, switch to 50% BIL (T‑bills) + 50% VIXY (benefits when fear/vol spikes). 2) If the S&P 500 is below trend, buy quick rebounds (XLK tech or SPY) when very oversold; otherwise hold either PSQ (moves opposite QQQ) or TLT (long Treasuries), whichever looks stronger. Rebalanced daily.
