This strategy checks the market every day. If the broad U.S. stock market is in a healthy long-term uptrend, it usually buys QQQ, which is heavily tilted toward large tech companies like Apple, Microsoft, Amazon, and Nvidia. If stocks have risen too far too fast, it gets defensive and splits money between VIXY (a fund that can rise when market fear spikes) and BIL (very short-term Treasury bills, a cash-like parking spot). If the market is in a weaker long-term trend, it looks for either a quick oversold bounce in tech or the broad market, or it shifts toward defense using PSQ (which goes up when QQQ falls) or TLT (long-term U.S. Treasury bonds).
