This strategy constantly asks: “Is the stock market healthy, overheated, or in trouble?” It mainly uses big U.S. stock funds like QQQ and SPY, but can switch to a bearish Nasdaq fund (PSQ), a stronger bullish Nasdaq fund (QLD), or defensive assets like the U.S. dollar, gold, oil/commodities, Treasury bonds, and BTAL. It uses simple gauges of trend, momentum, and recent damage to choose the path that looks safest or most promising.
