This strategy keeps 55% in safer U.S. government bonds, then actively manages the other 45%. When the stock market looks healthy, it may buy a turbocharged tech fund. If tech looks too overheated or the market weakens, it shifts into Treasury bonds or a fund that rises when the Nasdaq falls. In short: it chases tech in good conditions, but hides in bonds or bearish positions when risk rises.
